ORDER CANCELLATION

THE ORDER STATUS CAN BE CANCELED WHEN THE PRODUCT IS BEING PREPARED, BUT IF THE SHIPMENT IS COMPLETED (DELIVERY COMPLETED), IT CANNOT BE CANCELED AND THE RETURN PROCESS IS REQUIRED.
THE DEPOSIT ORDER WITHOUT A BANKBOOK WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED IF THE DEPOSIT CANNOT BE CONFIRMED WITHIN 3 HOURS.

IF THE STOCK IS UNAVOIDABLY SOLD OUT DUE TO THE LACK OF REAL-TIME STOCK ON THE UNIVERSAL LIST, WE WILL EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT AFTER CALLING OR TEXT MESSAGE, AND IF THERE IS NO ANSWER, WE WILL REFUND IT AUTOMATICALLY THE NEXT DAY.
IF YOU LEAVE A REFUND ACCOUNT ON THE BULLETIN BOARD FOR A DEPOSIT WITHOUT A BANKBOOK, WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND TO THAT ACCOUNT.
